Which skin types is WISHEED suitable for?
It suits most skin types, especially dry, tight skin. If your skin is sensitive, patch-test behind the ear or on the inner wrist first.
How often should I use it, and for how long?
We recommend 2–3 times a week, 15 minutes each time.
Do I need to rinse afterwards?
No. After removing the mask, pat the remaining essence in until absorbed.
Where does the collagen come from?
From tilapia skin, hydrolysed to a molecular weight under 1,000 Da. The raw material comes from Guangdong Wisheed Technology's own farms on the Leizhou Peninsula.
Can I use it if I'm allergic to fish?
We don't recommend it. The mask contains fish-derived collagen, so do not use it if you are allergic to fish or fish products, and consult a doctor first.
Can I use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Please consult your doctor first.
Can I use it after a beauty treatment?
Follow your treatment provider's instructions first. Do not use it on broken or weeping skin.
Does it contain preservatives, alcohol or fragrance?

What are the key ingredients?
Eight core ingredients: hydrolysed fish collagen, sodium hyaluronate, centella asiatica, aloe vera, trehalose, chamomile, licorice root and scutellaria root. See ingredient details
What do the certifications mean?
ISO 22000 / HACCP: the food-safety management system of the collagen raw-material producer (Guangdong Wisheed Technology). ISO 22716: good manufacturing practice (GMP) for cosmetics at the facility that makes the finished mask. Certifications relate to raw-material and production management; they are not a guarantee of results.

How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. See the pack for the expiry date.
What are the shipping and return arrangements?
We deliver across Hong Kong and usually process orders within 1–2 working days. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened masks cannot be returned. Shipping & returns details
